Tight Lines employs a rigorous project management process when completing a renovation. This allows us to plan correctly, build a schedule that ensures on time delivery and identifies the key times in the building process where decisions need to be made by the home owner (ex. what flooring, what bathroom fixtures, doors, windows, kitchen cabinets, etc.). We also use this process to schedule our sub-trades so they are on site exactly when we need them, and that we don’t create delays.
Our open book pricing model provides complete visibility to the costs of materials, trades and other suppliers. This open approach creates immediate trust and confidence for our renovation clients.
